Therapy and compassionate support for your well-being in Oregon

Welcome to my dedicated practice for healing and professional growth in Oregon.

I am Christine Reeh, a Licensed Therapist (MSW, LCSW) with over two decades of clinical experience.

All of my services are provided virtually via secure telehealth. This means you can receive accessible, comfortable, and consistent care from anywhere in the state, saving you time and travel.

I provide individual one-on-one therapy and work with a wide range of individuals, including healthcare professionals. Offering three free 1-hour therapy sessions for Oregon healthcare workers licensed under OMB and OSBN.

I also support high-performing professionals, first responders, women, parents, teachers, and empaths who often prioritize the needs of others. My practice extends to those navigating the complexities of racial, biracial, and multiracial identities, including individuals of Asian heritage and children of immigrants. In addition, I provide care for anyone wrestling with self-worth, belonging, burnout, imposter syndrome, chronic anxiety, trauma recovery, or significant life transitions.

I utilize an eclectic, evidence-based therapy approach tailored to your unique needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-based, Multicultural, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-based therapies. My services are LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally sensitive, providing inclusive, respectful care for all identities.
